Billboard Hot 100 (Issue Date: Sept. 24, 2011)

Maroon Five's Moves Like Jagger (feat Christina Aguilera) reclaims the top position on the Billboard Hot 100 this week as last week's #1 Adele's Someone Like You slides to #2 and Foster the People's Pumped Up Kicks holds at #3 for the 3rd straight week. It was a close match between the three songs as they have been dominating the iTunes for three weeks now and they are all rapidly increasing in airplay. It's quite refreshing to see three different sounding songs ruling the chart.

Adam Levine also returns to the top as a solo act via his featured performance in Gym Class Heroes' Stereo Hearts which climbz #12-#6 this week. It entered the top 10 two weeks ago, the same time Moves Like Jagger hit #1 so another double victory for Levine.

Rihanna's Cheers (Drink to That) finally enters the top 10, up a notch from #11 which it held for two weeks. This is Rihanna's 19th Top 10 hit.

Katy Perry's Top 10 streak enda this week as Last Friday Night falls #10 to #12 this week. Perry has been inside the top 10 for 69 consecutive weeks with all her five singles from Teenage Dream. The streak started when California Gurls debuted at #2 in May 2010. Likwise, Perry's 4th single E.T also drops out on this week chart after 30 weeks on the chart. This marks the first time in about a year that there's only one Perry song on the Billboard Hot 100.

Kelly Clarkson's Mr. Know It All debuts at #18, her second highest debut after Never Again debuted and peaked at #8 in 2007.

Dev's In The Dark climbs #28 to #20 this is her 2nd Top 20 hit after Far East Movement's Like a G6 topped the chart last year where her vocals is featured.

The Script's Nothing jumps #53 to #39 landing the Irish band's 3rd Top 40 hit after Breakeven (#13) and For The First Time (#23).

The Band Perry's If I Die Young stays at #19 on its 42nd week on the chart. Barring a sudden resurgence in airplay and sales, it's safe to say this will be one of the longest staying songs on Billboard chart history that never made in the top 10. The single peaked at #14 earlier this year.
