Billboard Hot 100 (Issue Date: June 9, 2012)

Somebody That I Used to Know by Gotye feat Kimbra is now the longest running #1 this year as the song spent its 7th consecutive week at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song surpasses fun.'s We Are Young which held the top spots for 6 weeks before giving it up to Gotye.

The chart is so static that Top 9 songs are unchanged from last week. To shake things up, American Idol winner Phillip Phillips debuts at #10 with his coronation single Home. This is the first time in 3 years that an Idol coronation single landed a top 10 debu. The last one to do so was David Cook's The Time of My Life which bowed at #3 in 2008. 2009 winner Kris Allen's No Boundaries settled for a #11 debut same with last year's winner Scotty McCreery's I Love You This Big while 2010 winner Lee DeWyze managed a #24 debut only for Beautiful Day.

Also entering the chart is Katy Perry's latest single Wide Awake at #35. LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem drops one notch to #39 on its 62nd week on the chart, the longest staying on the chart.
