Billboard Hot 100 (Issue Date: July 28, 2012)

Call Me Maybe logs its 6th week atop the Billboard Hot 100 as the song continues to dominate the chart despite drop in sales and airplay. But Call Me Maybe still has the perfect balance of all chart components to remain on top. Meanwhile, Payphone continues its impressive chart logging its 13th consecutive week in the top 3 but never reaching the top spot. Will Maroon Five ever get to #1 ? It still has a chance but it will be tough with Katy Perry's Wide Awake rising to #3 this week. This is Perry 8th consecutive top 3 hit.

Entering the top 10 this week are Flo Rida's Whistle which rises #12 to #7 and Pink's latest single Blow Me (One Last Kiss) which zooms #58 to #. It's the 8th top 10 hit of the former while the 12th hit for the latter.

Dropping out in the top 10 for the first time since its debut its Nicki Minaj's Starships which stayed in the top for a record 21 weeks. Also dropping out of the top 10 is the #1 smash We Are Young but fun. has a new single rising with Some Night jumping #28 to #27 this week.

Party Rock Anthem bows out this week after 68 weeks on the chart, the third longest staying on the Hot 100 of all time. Here's a list of the songs that spent the most week on the Hot 100:
