Madrasta returns to TeleNovela Channel!

Victoria Ruffo is hailed as the Queen of TeleNovelas in Latin America. She starred in several hit shows such as Triunfo Del Amor, Simplemente Maria, En Nombre Del Amor and the smash hit La Madrastra. La Madrastra is one of the initial offerings of TeleNovela Channel when it was launched last year. The soap ended its run last April but requests to air it again flooded the channel.

La Madrastra tells the story of Maria, a loving wife and mother, who's life was changed forever when she was accused of a murder of a friend during a vacation trip in Aruba. Maria's husband divorced her and told their children that she passed away. Several years after, Maria was set free and returns to Mexico to seek justice and win back the family she lost.
